Graduate Recruitment

NatWest

>Project Details

This major campaign was devised to attract high calibre recruits to management positions in retail banking.

We identified the central creative concept as: conveying the idea that the best part of working in retail banking was meeting and dealing with the numerous interesting people and organisations who approach the bank for finance.

Working closely with the NatWest graduate recruitment team, and the country-wide network of NatWest branches, we located a group of young recruits who had recently joined the bank. By interviewing them we identified a list of their most interesting customers – people who’d approached the new recruits with an exciting, original or inspiring proposition.

We interviewed the graduates and, in their own (edited) words, told their stories. We also photographed the ‘customers’. This enabled us to make a brochure full of rich and visually inspiring scenarios, illustrating the life that awaited the successful graduate. In addition to a brochure, Intro produced flyers and an exhibition stand for use on the Milk Round.
