Recently discovered archive recording of Coltrane and Dolphy at The Village Gate 1961.

As well as being inspired by classic Impulse sleeves, the cover and packaging takes visual cues and typographic devices from the hand bills of the Village Gate.

The promo video combines archive images with footage of NY Greenwich Village/Beeker street as well as abstract syncopated line animation in the style of Len Lye and Norman McLaren.
