Islington Council

Islington Council is responsible for the running of ten public libraries in the London Borough. In an initiative to raise the profile of the libraries, position them as a valuable resource for their communities and to create a consistent, Council led look for the libraries, Intro were asked by Islington Council,  to devise an identity.

We designed an identity that included naming conventions for the libraries, branded communications, tone of voice, iconography, image style and treatment and templates.  

All of this needed to work within the framework of the overarching Islington Council identity and feature the Islington ‘thread’ graphic.
