Moncler Karakorum

>Project Details

This amazing anamorphic illusion appeared on a giant ultra-realistic wrap-around LED display on the corner of an urban shopping plaza in Chengdu, China.  It ran as part of the campaign for fashion label Moncler’s Karakorum Range.

The 3D animation sequence creates the illusion of the iconic Karakorum Range of peaks sitting inside the architecture of the actual building that supports the screen.

An intense graphic timelapse effect sees the mountain transition from deep red sunset into an intense blue starry night, whilst being circled by soft white clouds which appear to break out from the screen and float out into the street.

This beautiful 3-D effect is designed to inspire the public to film it and share on social media platforms.
